Scope of Services. Through this Site, Middle TN Drain Doctor markets and arranges Kitchen Drain Cleaning, Bathroom Drain Repair, Emergency Drain Cleaning, Sewer Repair, Hydro Jetting Services, Underground Pipe Repair. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
Account Conduct. Information you provide must be accurate. You must keep any login credentials private and report unauthorized use immediately.
Prohibited Conduct. You will not: violate any law, disrupt Site operation, gain unauthorized access, harvest data, transmit malware, or impersonate any person or entity.
Ownership. Middle TN Drain Doctor (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.
Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.

Warranty Disclaimer. Middle TN Drain Doctor makes no representations or warranties about the Site or its content. Your use of the Site is solely at your own risk.
Damages. Middle TN Drain Doctor is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Aggregate liability shall not exceed amounts you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
